忱義工程項目管理有限公司受招標(biāo)人委托對下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國際公開競爭性招標(biāo)，于2018年12月06日在中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)、中國招標(biāo)投標(biāo)公共服務(wù)平臺、中國政府采購網(wǎng)發(fā)布公告。本次招標(biāo)采用傳統(tǒng)招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。
Commissioned by the tenderer, Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd will carry out international competitive bidding for the following goods and services and publicize bidding announcement on the China International Bidding Website, China Procurement and Bidding Website and China Government Procurement Website on December 06. 2018. The project will adopt the traditional bidding method and qualified bidders are invited to participate in the ICB for the project.

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:（1）有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從忱義工程項目管理有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件；（2）本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。凡具備承擔(dān)本招標(biāo)項目的能力并具備規(guī)定的資格條件的企事業(yè)單位，均可針對本招標(biāo)項目向招標(biāo)人提出投標(biāo)申請；（3）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)按照《機電產(chǎn)品國際招標(biāo)投標(biāo)實施辦法》第三十八條規(guī)定在中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊；（4）如為代理商投標(biāo)，須提供設(shè)備制造商針對本項目出具的唯一授權(quán)委托書或產(chǎn)品經(jīng)銷協(xié)議和設(shè)備制造商的售后服務(wù)承諾；如為設(shè)備制造商投標(biāo)，須提供依法成立的相關(guān)證明資料（復(fù)印件）。
The bidder shall have the following qualifications or performances: (1) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and access the bidding documents from Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co. Ltd; (2) The project will not accept the bid from a consortium. All enterprises and institutes who have the ability of undertaking this project and have the required qualifications may provide the tenderer with an application for submitting a bid; (3) The bidder shall be registered on the China International Bidding Website in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of Measures for implementation of international bidding and bid submission for mechanical and electrical products; (4) If the bidder is an agency, he shall be responsible for providing the sole authorization certificate or product sale agreement for this project provided by equipment manufacturer and the after-sale commitment of equipment manufacturer; if the bidder is an equipment manufacturer, he shall be responsible for providing the relevant proof material(photocopy）that the manufacturer was established according to relevant laws.
